During the Dose Adjustment Phase, your doctor will change your dose, usually once a week — speak with your doctor about what dose is right for you.
UPTRAVI side effects were less frequent after the dose adjustment phase (also called titration).
ADULT DOSING
Slowly increase dose to reach your personal dose
Starting Dose: 200 mcg (taken twice daily)
Decrease dose if current dose cannot be tolerated

With UPTRAVI twice-daily oral pills, you can take your medication wherever you want.
If you miss a dose of UPTRAVI, take it as soon as you remember. If the next scheduled dose is due within 6 hours, skip the missed dose. Take the next dose at the regular time.
If you miss 3 or more days of UPTRAVI, call your healthcare provider to see if the dose needs to be changed.
If you take too much UPTRAVI, call your healthcare provider or go to the nearest hospital emergency room right away.
